Monika Fiebig: Monika is a force to be reckoned with in the Australian Certified Organic community. She has built her business from the ground up using a passion for chemical-free farming and sheer determination. Monika started out growing spring onions and picking them during the day while she worked night shift as a nurse. She was a single mum trying to make ends meet. Fast forward to now and Monika's Organics is one of the best Certified Organic growers and wholesalers here in South Australia - the business has gone from strength-to-strength. Monika's Organics has two farms, employs over 20 employees and provides produce to the biggest retailers nationally including Coles and Woolworths.

Daniel Quattrocchi: Daniel is Monika's son and is the farmer and wholesaler buyer behind Monika's Organics. Daniel has been Monika's right hand man since he was just 10 years old. Fast forward to now and Daniel has won awards for being one of the best emerging farmers in the organics industry. Daniel works 7 days a week to get the freshest and best quality Certified Organic produce to South Australian plates.

Anika Quattrocchi: With over a decade working in finance before meeting Daniel, Anika often wonders how she ended up packing vegetable boxes but jokes that she wouldn't want it any other way. She is the manager of our small but growing delivery business and also manages the farm shop located at our Golden Grove farm.
